Outdoor Learning
We love the “out” in Scouting, so we maintain and operate five camps and a sea base in addition to summer day and twilight camps for Cub Scouts.
Your council, camp, and activity fees only cover 66% of our needs; your donations help to cover the rest.
Teach and Mentor
Because “Every scout deserves a trained leader,” there are over 5800 adult volunteers in our council that get trained for their positions through our training programs.
These programs do not happen without your donation and support.
Efficient Operations
Did you know that only 14% of our budget goes to management and fundraising? Best practice for non-profits is < 35%.
So, a majority of your donation goes directly to scouting programs for your scouts and all scouts in the council.
