2026 Summer Camp Promotions
$100 off First Time Summer Campers Promotion
Eligibility: First Time Summer Campers are eligible if Summer 2026 will be their first time attending any residential Scout Summer Camp. This discount applies to In-Council (GGAC) Scouts AND Out-of-Council Scouts attending Summer Camp in 2026 at Camp Royaneh, Camp Wolfeboro, or Wente Scout Reservation. This promotion is not applicable for Scouts who have previously attended any residential Scout summer camp, whether it was an in-council resident Summer Camp (Royaneh, Wente or Wolfeboro), or any out-of-council Summer Camp.
- AOL Crossover Scouts:
- The $100 discount will be automatically applied to all Scouts registered as a "AOL Crossover Scout" registration type. Discounts will be applied during the week of March 22-27.
- The payment deadline for the Early Bird rate for AOL Crossover Scouts is 6/3/2026.
- If you do not see the automatic discount applied to your AOL Crossover Scout registrations after March 27, 2026, please fill out the $100 Off FIrst Time Camper Request and email it to [email protected].
- If your Troop adds additional AOL Crossover Scouts on or after March 23, 2026, please fill out the $100 Off FIrst Time Camper Request and email it to [email protected].
- The $100 discount will be automatically applied to all Scouts registered as a "AOL Crossover Scout" registration type. Discounts will be applied during the week of March 22-27.
- Scouts BSA Scouts (Non-AOL Crossovers):
- If you have a Scouts BSA Scout (not an AOL Crossover/older than 5th Grade) registered with your Troop and it will be their first time attending a Summer Camp in 2026, please fill out the $100 Off FIrst Time Camper Request and email it to [email protected].
Bring 60% of your Troop’s Scouts, get 2nd Adult Free
- If your Troop is brining 60% or more of their Scouts to Summer Camp (Royaneh, Wente or Wolfeboro) based on the Troop’s roster as of June 15, 2026, your Troop’s 2nd registered Adult Leader is free!
- To receive this discount, bring a printed copy of your Troop's roster with you to Summer Camp. The roster must be printed with a date on or after June 15, 2026. Your 2nd Adult Leader fee will be issued back to your Troop's registration as a credit at your Troop's financial check-in meeting at camp.
$100 off Week 6 and Week 7
- If your Troop is attending Week 6 (All Camps) or Week 7 (Wente), the price of the registration fee has been reduced by $100. This price reduction has been applied automatically to your Troop's registration (as of March 19, 2026).
